I already have a PBX, do I need to change the infrastructure?: If you have a PBX compatible with VoIP you just need to register in our website and configure it with our platform.
If your PBX is not compatible then you will need an adapter/gateway which it will be installed between your PBX and your internet connection.
Depending on your kind of internet access you will need an analog or RDSI gateway.

Is it necessary to make a minimum charge or to sign a permanent contract?: No, with Adam Telefonía IP you're not obligued to make a minimum consumption or to sign a contract that forces you to remain subscribed for a certain amount of time.
¿Is there any incompatibility?: Calling to four-figure numbers, like 1004, is not compatible with IP telephony.
Five-figure numbers, like 11888, are compatible.
Is it possible to send and receive fax with Adam Telefonía IP?: Actually some tests are checking the possibility of send and receive fax through VoIP, but, for now, compatibility is not complete.
If you need fax services, Adam Telefonía IP offers you ipFAX and FAXmail.
Is it required to dial the international code to call to Spain?: No, it's not necessary to dial the Spanish international code (34) when calling to any telephone (be it landline or mobile) but you can also use it if you want.
Is it possible to receive calls?: You can receive calls in your traditional phone using our PSTN access, and totally free.
You can also receive calls from other Adam Telefonía IP users without extra charge.
If you contract our vNUM service you will get your own geographical number, where you will receive all your calls.
Is it possible to call to other VoIP providers?: Yes, it is possible thanks to the peering service, which it's totally free for Adam Telefonía IP users.
